Reports To: Director of Specialty Service Operations

Job Purpose

We're seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading a team that addresses and resolves commercial Landscape & Snow Plowing operations in a timely and cost-efficient manner for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the operations team for Landscape & Snow Plowing Solutions to ensure high-quality service and meet company/client objectives.
  • Achieves annual targets for sales growth, profitability, strategic objectives, and service KPIs.
  • Oversees total revenues of $10M - $40M for Landscape & Snow Plowing work orders nationwide.
  • Assesses customer needs, establishes workflow targets, and collaborates with teams to meet service-level KPIs.
  • Leads the Landscape & Snow Plowing Solutions Team, manages work order assignments, and ensures customer needs are met.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities for clients and shares relevant industry trends.
  • Reviews and authorizes subcontractor bids for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Conducts on-site visits and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Resolves Vendor Price Discrepancy Reports and obtains necessary authorizations.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of previous experience resolving client Landscape & Snow Plowing problems within a commercial facilities / property management organization
  • Highly knowledgeable in related general trades
  • Strong computer skills utilizing CRM software, data entry documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Experience analyzing large-scope problems, developing, and implementing solutions
  • PMP, Six Sigma (or similar) – preferred
