Job Purpose
The Regional Manager on the HVAC Solutions Team at Pleasant Valley Corporation leads a Specialty Services Team in the initiation, execution, and completion of recurring and reaction HVAC Solutions work orders for a designationed region.

Responsibilities
- Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop Facility Coordinators while overseeing personnel management, including hiring, performance appraisals, and addressing workplace concerns.
- HVAC Workflow Management: Direct regional HVAC operations workflow to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Oversee profitability by negotiating preventative maintenance pricing and managing revenue for services provided in the assigned region.
- Work Order Oversight: Lead the end-to-end management of work orders, proactively assessing customer needs and addressing issues for assigned accounts.
- Strategic Collaboration & Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance regional operations, implement quality assurance metrics, and drive new business growth.

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of related experience in commercial facility management required with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree preferred OR 7-9+ years of related experience with no degree.
- Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable environment.
- Industry Experience: Expert knowledge of the HVAC trade, including design, installation, maintenance, and systems integration in commercial facilities.
- Process Improvement: Six Sigma or similar program experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
